At S Aadee IT Services, we believe in assisting our clients whenever possible and maintain a flexible cancellation policy.
**1. Eligibility for Cancellation**
– We’ll consider cancellations if you request one within 24 hours of placing an order. However, if we’ve already informed the vendors/merchants/execution team and they’ve started processing your order, we won’t be able to cancel it.
Orders in the “Same Day Delivery” category cannot be cancelled.
We can’t accept cancellations for products/services obtained during special occasions/events/offers like Month-end offers, discount promotions, Diwali, Dussehra, chhath, Christmas, New Year, etc. These are limited-time offers, and we can’t cancel them.
**2. Refund Terms**
Once you’ve paid, we can’t refund your money for any reason, even if you request a cancellation after 24 hours.
**3. Third-Party Services**
If a third party, like hosting, server, images, content writing, etc., causes a service issue, it’s not our responsibility. Our efforts to coordinate with them will be charged at our standard rate.
**4. Product disagreement**
If you get a product that doesn’t match the site’s description or your expectations, please inform our customer service within 24 hours of receiving it. Our Customer Service Team will investigate and make a fair decision.
**5. Late Fee Charges**
If you qualify for a refund and request it after 24 hours, a late fee of 30% of the total package amount will be deducted from your refundable amount.”
Due to the nature of our business, we don’t offer money-back guarantees when you purchase our products/services. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let our customer service know within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our Management Team will investigate and make a fair decision.
